On October 11, 1983 <br />Mr. Norman Osland, 40 Iona Lane, called me out to inspect a job <br />done by this heating company. There were numerous items that <br />did not meet the code, plus they did not take out a license or <br />a permit for the job. <br />MAYOR <br />Raymond Hanson <br />Mr. Osland indicated that hs is not going to pay them because of <br />the poor quality of workmanship. This may end in a court case <br />between the company and the homeowner. <br />I do not feel they are operating in good faith, and there are <br />numerous things wrong with their work as indicated in the en- <br />closed letter to Mr. Osland.
