ACCESS PROPOSAL FOR LOT 2 <br />Inasmuch as the City of Little Canada is unwilling to grant <br />direct access from Lot 2 unto County Road B-2, alternate access is needed. <br />The developer, Gerald Ducharme, will create a driveway easement from said <br />Lot 2 out unto his existing driveway, and thence to County Road 8 -2. <br />This easement will exit Lot 2 not less than forty (40) feet from the front <br />property line in accordance with general set back requirements. At such <br />time as the proposed street and cul -de -sac are constructed, said Lot 2 <br />will exit directly onto said street. <br />The driveway easement will include all normal and necessary <br />provisions relative to maintenance and snow removal.
