WAIVER OF RIGHT TO APPEAL FROM SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF. LITTLE CANADA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 81 -15 The undersigned, Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc., a Minnesota corporation and Oakhill Apartments, a Minnesota limited partnership, are the owners of the following described property, located in the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, which is legally described as follows: Tracts B, C, and D, Registered Land Survey No. 344, Ramsey County. The undersigned understand that a portion of the cost of a storm drainage improvement, described as Little Canada Improvement Project 81 -15, is to be assessed against the above - described property. The assessment shall be amortized over a fifteen year term, pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 429. The undersigned will receive Notice of a Special Assessment Hearing for Little Canada Improvement Project 81 -15 as to the above described property, which hearing will be held by the Little Canada City Council during 1984, at Little Canada City Hall. The undersigned, and their successors and assigns, hereby stipulate and agree that the special assessment of $20,700.00 against the above - described property is reasonable and is based upon and does not exceed the benefits received by the above - described property by reason of Little Canada Improvement Project 81 -15. The undersigned, and their successors and assigns, hereby stipulate and agree that the special assessment of $20,700.00 will be levied against the subject property, and will constitute a lien on the subject property, in accordance with Minn. Stat. §429.061. The undersigned, and their successors and assigns, hereby stipulate and agree that any right to appeal from the special assessment of $20,700.00, pursuant to Minn.
