NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS INC.
September 29, 1983
Mr. Edward McCumber
2968 Arcade
St. Paul, Minnesota 55109
RETURN RECEIPT RE VEST
RE: Little Canada - McCumber Conditional Use Permit
File No: 758.09 - 79.09
Dear Mr. McCumber:
SEP 30 104',
GI OF
LITTLE CANADA
As City Planners for the City of Little Canada, I am writing to advise you
of the requirements for fencing of your property. This pertains to the
replacement of fencing for the storage area in the southeast corner of the
site.
The plan attached to the conditional use permit approved by the City' in the
fall of 1979 indicates a 10 foot high wooden fence along the north side of
the storage area (see attachment). The replacement fence must be of the
same material and design and 10 feet high. Any changes in this will require
you to file for a conditional use permit amending the initial permit which
was approved.
The City staff is willing to accept a slatted chain link fence of similar
design to that on the balance of the property to the east of the storage area,
provided that the fence is high enough to block view of the storage area and
you secure and supply the City with documentation from the abutting property
owner that such a fence is acceptable.
Should you have questions concerning this matter, please contact me at your
convenience.
Very truly yours,
NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSSULTA;
David R.
