MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />May 11, 2006 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of <br />May, 2006 in the Council Chambers of Che City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said CiCy. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert, Cable TV <br />MINUTES The minutes of the April 13, 2006 minutes were approved as submitted. <br />PUD PERMIT- Mr. Steve Poindexter, KCM Holdings, appeared before the Commission <br />3203 COUNTRY and asked that their application for a PUD PermiC for the former Knox <br />DRIVE - property be tabled indefinitely. He reported that iC has been a difficult <br />KCM HOLDINGS negotiation with Carl Johnson, the owner of the property. Poindexter <br />reported Chat he has signed and submitted Che appropriate 60 Day Waiver <br />form requesting an indefinite tabling. Poindexter reported that their <br />business is expanding and he hopes to be back before the Commission at <br />some point in lime. <br />Barraclough recommended that the application for Planned Unit <br />Development Permit allowing an office/showroom use as well as building <br />remodeling for 3203 Country Drive be Cabled indefinitely as requested by <br />Steve Poindexter of KCM Holdings. <br />
