MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />June 2, 1983 <br />Shoreland Mrs. Kingsbury asked about the clear cutting provision in the ordinance. <br />Management The Planner replied that a building pad can be cleared and a property <br />owner can do selective cutting. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the Shoreland Management Ordinance <br />with the change to Section 917.060 E of the ordinance adding to the <br />impervious surface to lot area ratio based upon approval of a <br />Shoreland Impact Plan. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Steele. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />Manufactured Mr. Licht reported that the Council has been reviewing a number of <br />Homes ordinances on manufactured homes. <br />Adjourn <br />Mr. Licht suggested to the Planning Commission that at this point in <br />time the subject of the manufactured homes ordinance be tabled for <br />further consideration. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended that the matter of the manufactured homes <br />ordinance be tabled for further study. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Ducharme. <br />Motion carried 7 - O. <br />Mr. French moved that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. DeLonais. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:07 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Glanzer <br />Recording Secretary <br />Page -3- <br />
