Regular Meeting City Council July -13 -77 Continued COUNCIL LEGISLATIVE ITEM Proposed Caplette Property Division. The Caplette's submitted for approval a proposed divison of parcel 53- 54500 - 073 -00. The proposed division was indicated on a drawing, marked clerk's exhibit no. 1136. The engineer also submited a report, marked clerk's exhibit no. 1136, which indicated that the property can be served by sanitary sewer and the 30 ft easement is sufficient for a 22 " road surface. The Council discussed the proposed property division. Mr. De Dace recommended that an adequate turn -a -round be made at the end of the proposed road. It was also pointed out that no building permit could be issued for these parcels until a . road has been constructed by the developer of these parcels. Mr. Nadeau introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. WHEREAS: WHEREAS! RESOLUTION NO. 77 -7 -185 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPOSED PROPERTY DIVISION AND GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR A SUB- STANDARD STREET. A proposed property division of parcel, 53- 54500 - 073 -00, was submitted for approval, as indic- ated on a drawing marked clerk's exhibit no. 1136. And The engineer submitted a report, marked clerk's exhibit no. 1136, indicating that the par- cels can be served by Municipal Sanitary Sewer and 30 ft. width street is sufficient for this area. NOM THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, AS FOLLCWS: That the proposed property division of parcel 53- 54500 - 073 -00- is hereby approved as follows: A). Survey of the property to be made indicating lots and road easments. B). Adequate turn -a -round be made at the end of the road. Exhibit 0 C) The property owner or the developer of these lots COUNCIL PiI'IUTES are to make the necessary sanitary sewer connections 1977 Subdivision Request and road improvements. D). Pursuant to section 501.090 of the Municipal Code the Sub - Standard Street as indicated on Clerk's exhibit no. 1136 is hereby accepted. The foregoing Resolution was dulv sArnndaA by Mr. Hanson.
