While some agreement was reached between the City and developer in this regard, we are not sure at this time what was decided upon. Nevertheless, this should be addressed in the agreement. F. Signage. The City has given approval for two freestanding signs plus the wall signs which currently exist. A signage plan showing the intent of all signage should be incorporated in the development agreement. G. General Requirements. 1. The building must comply with all applicable codes and ordinances of the City. (This is particularly important in view of recent problems encountered by the Building Official.) 2. Provisions should be made binding future owners of the property to the development agreement. 3. Conditions imposed are applied to the land and not affected by subsequent sale, lease, etc. 4. The applicant shall reimburse the City for any costs incurred in the administration of the development agreement and subsequent monitoring, enforcement etc. 45
