PAUL, MINNESOTA 55102 <br />Please find enclosed for your information and your file <br />a copy of the Auditor's Receipt relative to the two payments <br />of $1,500.00 each for the two parcels located on Twin Lake <br />Boulevard. Also find enclosed a copy of the Certificate of <br />Sale for each parcel. As you will see, these two documents <br />indicate two contracts for the purchase of each parcel at a <br />cost of $15,000.00. The terms of each contract are $1,500.00 <br />on January 19, 1983, and the balance of $13,500.00 in ten <br />equal annual installments. <br />We are in the process of being appointed by the Ramsey <br />County Auditor as special attorney to act for the State in <br />registering title of both tracts of land.
