PAUL, MINNESOTA 55102 <br />Please be advised that the undersigned are the attorneys for <br />the City of Little Canada. We have been directed by the City <br />Council to notify you that your house must be connected to the <br />City sanitary sewer system immediately. <br />Section 205.020 of the Little Canada Municipal Code, entitled <br />"Connections with Sewer Required," provides, in part, as follows: <br />Any buildings used for human habitation or for <br />human occupancy, . . ., located on property <br />adjacent to a sewer main, or in a block through <br />which the system extends, shall be connected to <br />the municipal sanitary sewer system within one (1) <br />year from the time a connection is available to <br />any such property. <br />I have been informed that your house is not presently connected <br />to the City sewer system, which has been available to your property <br />for a period longer than one year. <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 412.221, Subd. 31, entitled "Sewer <br />and Water Connections," provides that the City has the power to <br />connect your home to the City sewer system and charge all costs of <br />10 <br />
