The program ran very smoothly last year because of the <br />assistance received from the various jurisdictions. <br />We have a permit from the St pail Parks Department to use the <br />picnic pavilion and the sidewalk around Lake phalen from 8 :00 A. M. <br />to 11:00 P. M. The Marathon is Scheduled for 9s00 A. M. to 3:OOP. M. <br />The parks Department is going to furnish barricades again this <br />year to limit Southbound traffic on East Shore Drive to "Local <br />Traffic Only ". We have been in contact with the St. Paul and <br />Maplewood police Departments, and the Ramsey County Sherrif's <br />Department.
