February 19,1983 <br />Little Canada City Offices <br />515 E. Little Canada Rd. <br />Little Canada,Mn 55117 <br />To whom it may concern, <br />This letter is in regard to my sewer rates. I feel that I am paying <br />too much money for the amount of water that we actually use. I own a <br />tri -plex and I am being charged for three seperate families. <br />I live with my daughter and use very little water with the exception <br />of what we use to do the laundry every two weeks. I have one single <br />tenant upstairs who is almost never home,uses very little water and does <br />her laundry at the laundromat. I have one couple in the basement apartment <br />who also do their- wash at the laundromat,and use very little water except <br />for showers and doing dishes. <br />I feel that the five of us use less water than most single families <br />in the area especially those with children.However, we pay as much as <br />three seperate families. <br />I feel that an exception to the law is necessary based upon the actual <br />amount of service that we use. I am a senior citizen and cannot continue <br />to pay your outrageous sewer rates.
