County Road B2 <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />February 21, 1983 <br />n7 <br />Ti <br />FEB 22 1993 <br />CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA <br />Following a Council meeting last December 9, I described to <br />you the condition of the street in front of my house and asked <br />your assistance in alleviating the problem. Soon after that <br />the snow and ice covered things, but the problem is still there. <br />You may recall that I said: <br />. Water and mud - which for 25 years has flowed nicely <br />into a blacktopped ditch (now filled in) and then <br />through a culvert under my driveway (now filled in <br />at each end) - now flows acrosa the driveway creating <br />a mess and an unsafe condition for autos when frozen. <br />. A ditch to the east of us is also filled in and other <br />culverts are inoperable. <br />. The black dirt intended for sod along the road is <br />washing away. <br />. The Towage is undermining the street blacktop under - <br />layment near my driveway entrance and is similarly <br />weakening the blacktop edge everywhere. <br />All of this stems from the water main project which, I was told, <br />would include a restoration of the street including possibly a <br />curb. Now we have neither curb nor ditches. <br />In view of the annoyance and dragged -out nature of the water <br />main work, it seems only fair that immediate attention is given <br />to some kind of help.
