The <br />applications of which I am presently aware of which must be filed are: <br />1. Subdivision (for the various parcels to be separated). <br />2. A conditional use permit for a twin home within an R -1 District <br />(905- 040A). <br />3. An R -2 rezoning. <br />4. A conditional use permit for townhouses and quads within an R -2 <br />District (906- 040D). <br />5. A conditional use permit for cluster housing within an R -2 and R -3 <br />District (906 -040A and 907.040A). <br />Once we have had a chance to further review the concept plan or subsequent <br />detailed plans, other applications may become evident. <br />Our processing of the various applications in question will require detailed <br />site plans and supportive information. I have attached information from the <br />City's Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances which specify the items which need <br />to be addressed. A basic guideline in this regard is the more information <br />and detail, all the better. This will avoid time delays in the processing <br />of the requests. <br />The time table for processing the applications have been established as the <br />Planning Commission review on 7 April and the City Council public hearings <br />on 27 April.
