NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS INC. <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: David Licht <br />FROM: Alan Brixius <br />DATE: 30 March 1983 <br />RE: Capalette <br />FILE NO: 758.09 - 83.11 <br />CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA <br />In a March 28, 1983 phone conversation with Mrs. Marlarky of NSP <br />she verified the installation dates for electrical meters for the <br />Capalette property on 140 Twin Lake Boulevard. They are as follows: <br />2nd Floor Apartment <br />Apartment #1 - first floor <br />Apartment #2 - first floor <br />June 5, 1959 <br />March 11, 1961 <br />February 21, 1963 <br />Joe Chlebeck indicated that Little Canada's first zoning ordinance <br />was adopted in 1964. This would suggest that the Capalette property <br />was converted to a multiple family unit prior to any zoning regulations <br />prohibiting such action.
