PAUL, MINNESOTA 55102 <br />Dear Joe: <br />Mugs Nardini asked me to review what regulations the City <br />has pertaining to the practice of massage. Minn. Stat. Sections <br />148.33 through 148.511 previously required the registration of <br />anyone engaging in the practice of massage within the state. <br />This legislation was repealed by Laws 1974, c.62, Sections 4 and <br />6. <br />A review of the Little Canada Code indicates that Section <br />2201.110 presently requires the registration of masseurs and <br />masseuses.
