2201.090. RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR INSPECTION. Any duly authorized law <br />enforcement officer, health officer or building inspector shall be allowed to <br />inspect the licensed premises at reasonable times and hours to insure <br />compliance with all provisions of this Chapter. <br />2201.100. IDENTIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES. Upon demand by any police <br />officer, any person engaged in providing services in any licensed premises <br />shall identify himself giving his true legal name and his correct address. <br />2201.110. REGISTRATION OF MASSEURS AND MASSEUSES. (A) Before any <br />person engages in providing services as a masseur or a masseuse in any <br />licensed establishment, he shall register with the police department of the <br />City. Such registration shall include a photocopy of the person's state <br />registration certificate and photographs of the registrant, taken by the <br />police department, showing both the front and the side view. When any such <br />person ceases to be employed by the licensee, the police department shall be <br />notified so that the department has on file at all times a current list of the <br />persons operating as masseurs or masseuses on the licensed premises. It shall <br />be required that any person who engages in the occupation as a masseur or <br />masseuse shall annually be photographed and fingerprinted by the police <br />department of the City. <br />(B) No sauna for which a license has been granted by the City shall <br />be open for business unless and until any masseurs or masseuses employed in <br />the business have first complied with the registration requirement of this <br />Chapter. <br />2201.120. INTOXICATING OR NON- INTOXICATING LIQUOR. Intoxicating or <br />non - intoxicating liquors shall not be allowed on any premises licensed as a <br />sauna at any time. A violation of this Section shall be grounds for immediate <br />revocation of the license. <br />2201.130. HOURS. Every sauna shall close for business between the <br />hours of 12:01 o'clock a.m. and 8:00 o'clock a.m. daily. <br />2201.140. VIOLATIONS. Every person who commits or attempts to <br />commit, conspires to commit, or aids or abets in the commission of any act <br />constituting a violation of this Chapter, whether individually or in <br />connection with one or more other persons or as a principal, agent or <br />accessory, shall be guilty of such act, and every person who falsely, <br />fraudulently, forcibly or willfully induces, causes, coerces, requires, <br />permits or directs another to violate any of the provisions of this Chapter is <br />likewise guilty of such offense. <br />(Source: Ord. 140) <br />157 <br />
