Risk Control, inc. INSURANCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES 216 WATER STREET EXCELSIOR. MINNESOTA 55331 (6121474.5204 Date: Effective this day, the parties signing this contract agree that Risk Control, Inc. has been retained as Insurance Managers. The anticipated duties to be performed by Risk Control, Inc. on behalf of the City of Little Canada arc as follows:. 1. Perform a review of existing insurance policies and an exposure survey to determine if there are any gaps in coverages or dupli- cate coverages. 2. Prepare specifications for the bidding of all insurance policies carried by the City with the exception of group health, disability, and life, etc. 3. Examine all submitted bids and submit comparisons and recommenda- tions to the City Council for their decision. 4. Perform any additional insurance related services if and when specifically requested by the City of Little Canada. Risk Control, Inc. does not assume decision making authority but carries out the city administration's decisions as best possible. The agreed on fee for the above listed services is $50.00 per hour of actual time spent including travel time from our offices in Excelsior, Minnesota to Little Canada when necessary (subject to maximum of $500.00 in the first 12 monthes). If Risk Control, Inc. is to type the specifications for bid, our fee for clerical time spent shall be $15.00 per hour. Risk Control, Inc. will prepare invoices for accumulated hours, if any, on a monthly basis and these invoices shall be paid in 15 days following receipt by the City of Little Canada. Travel time will he billed at a flat rate of $50.00 rather than actual driving time. This contract shall have no specific time period and shall continue as written unless revised or terminated by either party.
