MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JULY 13, 2006 <br />However, if a building permit is being issued for major exterior work to a <br />home, such as an addition, then the requirement to pave the driveway <br />should be imposed. <br />Barraclough pointed out that a gravel driveway may be more <br />environmentally friendly.
