MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />March 3, 1983 <br />Planner's <br />Reports <br />Mrs. Timmons asked i.f the City was trying to become part of the <br />Watershed District. Mr. Licht replied that the City is currently <br />part of various watersheds. The City is trying to get under one <br />Watershed jurisdiction. <br />Mr. Licht reported that the report on parking on bike paths is <br />for information. Mrs. Timmons stated that the comment <br />was made by a Council member that neighbors can rely on one <br />another to park in each other's driveways. Mrs. Timmons stated <br />that she did not agree with this and felt people could not rely <br />on their neighbors cooperating. Timmons felt this should be taken <br />into consideration. <br />Licht reported that the report on Highway 61 is for information. <br />Licht reported that the report on Little Canada Road and 35E was <br />for information. Mr. DeLonais asked what the St. Paul Water <br />Department was doing in this area. Mr. Licht stated that he would <br />check on this. <br />Mrs. Timmons asked if the bridge were widened if there would need <br />to he condemnation. Mr. Licht reported that this is one of the <br />things that is being looked at. Licht also pointed out that the <br />City Council did not increase the zoning of the property to the <br />north.
