Creighton, Legal Consultant <br />DATE: February 17, 1983 <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance Amendment <br />Experience has shown recently that in many situations cable companies <br />will return to cities and commissions with proposed changes (often <br />upgrading) in the system they originally offered to a City. Since <br />the original offering is a part of the ordinances, each minor change <br />would require an amendment of the franchises.
