ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA TO PROVIDE CHANGES <br />IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />The Official Zoning Map of the Zoning Code of the Municipal <br />Code of the City of Little Canada is hereby amended to change the <br />zoning classification of the following described property: <br />That part of the North 276 feet of the NW Quarter of <br />the SW Quarter of Section 7, Township 29 North, Range <br />22 West, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying South of the <br />South line of County Road B -2- and West of the Westerly <br />line of the Soo Line R/R -R /O /W and lying Southerly of <br />a line described as follows: Beginning at a point on <br />the West line of said SE 1/4: thence Northeasterly <br />• deflecting 73° 24' 42" right from said West line of the <br />SE 1/4 to the westerly R /O /W of the Soo line R/R line <br />R /O /W and there terminating. <br />Section 2. <br />The above described property is hereby rezoned from R -1, Single <br />Family Residential District, to R -2, Medium Density Residential District. <br />Section 3. <br />The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to make the appropriate <br />chanc,es in the Official Zoning Map of the City of Little ''.nada to re- <br />flect the changes in zoning classification as set forth above. <br />Section 4. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of Little <br />Canada this day of , 1983. <br />Attest: <br />Joseph G.
