Definitions of residential densities: <br />• Low density: 3 -4 units /acre, single family homes <br />• Low to medium density: 5 -6 units /acre, predominantly single <br />family homes, and conditionally some two - family homes. <br />• Medium density: 5 -8 units /acre, two - family dwellings and <br />townhouses <br />• High density: up to 20 units /acre, apartments <br />2. Stormwater Drainage Plan: <br />Little Canada presently has no comprehensive stormwater drainage <br />plan, however, one is currently being worked on. Attachment A shows <br />the only watershed jurisdiction currently in Little Canada. <br />3. Average existing lot sizes around Twin and Round lakes: <br />• Twin Lake - 1.2 acres <br />• Round Lake - 1.2 acres <br />4. 1,000 Foot Shoreland Boundary: <br />Enclosed is a map showing the 1,000 foot shoreland boundary. Topographic <br />maps have never been drawn for Little Canada, so we are unable to <br />determine topographic divides. <br />5.
