Bode <br />3006 North Rice Street <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Bode: <br />This letter is to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of <br />credit from the First State Bank of St. Paul which indicated that <br />credit has been extended to May 7th of 1982. <br />As of this date I have not received from you an agreement <br />forwarded to you by our Attorney dated May 5, 1982 pertaining to <br />the location of your driveway. Please sign and return this agree- <br />ment as soon as possible. <br />On May 26 the City Council will be discussing the location <br />of signs on Rice Street_ Our Building Inspector has informed me <br />that you intend to relocate your sign. The City is proposing an <br />amendment to its ordinance permitting signs to be 5 feet from the <br />property line. At present our set -back is 15 feet from the pro- <br />perty line.
