In 1981, the Little Canada City Council approved your request to expand the A &W Restaurant, located at 3006 Rice Street, in the City of Little Canada, subject to the condition that you provide another entrance for the restaurant, which was to be completed by May 7, 1982. On April 14, 1982, the City Council approved an extension of the time to complete the construction of the additional entrance on South Owasso Blvd., until May 1, 1983, subject to your agreement that the location of the additional entrance be approved by the City and subject to your providing an extension of your Letter of Credit in favor of the City. As we discussed, you are in the process of providing Joe Chlebeck with an extension of the Letter of Credit. Assuming that this letter reflects the agreement between yourself and the City of Little Canada, would you please sign on the enclosed copy of this letter, where indicated, and return the signed copy to me in the enclosed, stamped, reply envelope.
