Bode <br />3006 North Rice Street <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55113 <br />RE: Construction of Additional Entrance - A &W Restaurant <br />3006 North Rice Street <br />Our File No. 4621 <br />Dear Mr. Bode: <br />As we discussed by telephone on May 4, 1982, the <br />undersigned are the attorneys for the City of Little Canada. <br />In 1981, the Little Canada City Council approved your request <br />to expand the A &W Restaurant, located at 3006 Rice Street, <br />in the City of Little Canada, subject to the condition that <br />you provide another entrance for the restaurant, which was <br />to be completed by May 7, 1982. <br />On April 14, 1982, the City Council approved an extension <br />of the time to complete the construction of the additional <br />entrance on South Owasso Blvd., until May 1, 1983, subject to <br />your agreement that the location of the additional entrance <br />be approved by the City and subject to your providing an <br />extension of your Letter of Credit in favor of the City. As <br />we discussed, you are in the process of providing Joe Chlebeck <br />with an extension of the Letter of Credit. <br />Assuming that this letter reflects the agreement between <br />yourself and the City of Little Canada, would you please sign <br />on the enclosed copy of this letter, where indicated, and <br />return the signed copy to me in the enclosed, stamped, reply <br />envelope. <br />TMS:peg <br />Enclosure <br />Yours very truly, <br />SWEENEY, O'CONNOR & LEMAY <br />Thomas M.
