The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. and is held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall located at 515 Little Canada Road. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Little Canada, [Minnesota will hold a public hearing on November 23, 1988 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon as parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City to consider adoption of the following proposed Ordinance: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LITTLE CANADA CODE CHAPTER 903.110. SIGNS. Section 1. The Municipal Code of Little Canada, Chapter 903.110.D.2. is hereby amended to read as follows: 903.110.D.2. Any sign identifying a business no longer in existence shall be brought into conformance within thirty (30) days. Section 2. The Municipal Code of Little Canada, Chapter 903.110.D. is hereby amended add Number 6., to read as follows: 903.110.D.6. All properties or businesses, containing nonconforming signage, wishing to conduct site improvements of any kind, shall bring all signage into conformance with City standards when said improvements are valued at more than fifty (50%) percent of fair market value of the existing site including structures on said site. This value shall be determined by the City Assessor. Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication. Any persons wishing to be heard in reference to this matter will be heard at the Planning Commission meeting on November 10 and the public hearing on November 23. ,' ,:...e e �f' /r Joseph G.
