The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. and is held <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Hall located at 515 Little Canada <br />Road. <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />[Minnesota will hold a public hearing on November 23, 1988 at 7:30 p.m., or <br />as soon as parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City to consider adoption <br />of the following proposed Ordinance: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LITTLE CANADA CODE CHAPTER 903.110. SIGNS. <br />Section 1. The Municipal Code of Little Canada, Chapter <br />903.110.D.2. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />903.110.D.2. Any sign identifying a business no longer in existence shall <br />be brought into conformance within thirty (30) days. <br />Section 2. The Municipal Code of Little Canada, Chapter 903.110.D. <br />is hereby amended add Number 6., to read as follows: <br />903.110.D.6. All properties or businesses, containing nonconforming <br />signage, wishing to conduct site improvements of any kind, <br />shall bring all signage into conformance with City standards <br />when said improvements are valued at more than fifty (50%) <br />percent of fair market value of the existing site including <br />structures on said site. This value shall be determined by <br />the City Assessor. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after its passage and publication. <br />Any persons wishing to be heard in reference to this matter will be heard <br />at the Planning Commission meeting on November 10 and the public hearing <br />on November 23. <br />,' ,:...e e �f' /r <br />Joseph G.
