In this regard, <br />the existing agreement does not contain a specific termination <br />date. Moreover, the provisions and structure of the established <br />work arrangement are acceptable from our perspective. The <br />attached fee schedule is, however, outdated in terms of some <br />staff members charge rates. We would therefore propose that the <br />existing contract be continued with an amendment only to the <br />attached rate schedule. A copy of this new, proposed schedule is <br />attached for your consideration and hopeful approval. <br />Given this opportunity, we would also like to communicate our <br />deep and very sincere appreciation to serve the City of Little <br />Canada.
