3. The City Clerk- Treasurer is hereby authorized <br />and directed to deposit with the bank where said bonds are <br />payable prior to said call date sufficient funds to pay all <br />principal and interest due on said bonds as of the call date. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by member <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />Page 110 <br />
