CHLEBECK, Clerk <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minn. 55117 <br />484 -2177 <br />TO: City Council <br />FROM: Joe Chlebeck <br />DATE: July 27, 1988 <br />RE: Sprinkling Ban <br />As of 12:00 noon on Thursday, July 28, 1988 the St. Paul <br />Water Department has put into effect a sprinkling ban for <br />the City of Little Canada. The residents will be on an <br />odd /even* watering system until Monday, August 1, 1988 at <br />12:00 noon, at which time there will be a complete watering <br />ban. This ban excludes new trees and shrubs, gardens and <br />newly laid sod. <br />As of 12:00 noon on Friday, July 29, 1988 the City of St. <br />Paul will put into effect a complete sprinkling ban which <br />does not include Little Canada until Monday, August 1, <br />1988. <br />Per the St. Paul Water Department, people with wells are <br />not affected by the watering ban and may water at their own <br />discretion. <br />*People with odd numbered address can water on odd numbered <br />calander days.
