St Paul MN 55164 -0458 Tel 612 484 4811 <br />M Kesson <br />September 15, 1988 <br />City of Little Canada <br />' 515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Mn. 55117 <br />Attention: Mayor Michael Fahey <br />I have received your "Notice of Public Hearing Rezoning ". <br />McKesson Drug Co., 3230 Spruce Street, Rauenhorst 1st addition Lot 3 <br />Blk 1, is currently zoned I -1, proposed to be changed to I -P. <br />My understanding is that under current I -1 we would be able to <br />expand our building keeping within certain setback requirements <br />while with proposed I -P we could not expand our building at all. <br />We currently have building on approximately 37% of our land area; <br />whereas, under I -P the maximum limit is 35 %. <br />Just last year, after being here since 1974, we purchased the <br />building we occupy. One of the major concerns at the time, before <br />purchase, was - could we expand on this site. After reviewing with <br />City of Little Canada it was determined the building could be ex- <br />panded within city code. <br />McKesson must strongly oppose any action to change zoning of our <br />property. McKesson emnloys 64 people.
