This is only a reporting requirement which the state <br />requests. Enclosed you will also find a printout which was used <br />to complete the report. In this report you should notice the <br />following: <br />- the job evaluation results for each job class; <br />- current hourly rates for each class; <br />- comparable worth line target value (i.e. projected <br />or estimated hourly rate based on current pay and <br />job evaluation results). <br />- impact to move current rate of pay to the target <br />line value; and <br />- an example of salary range minimums and maximums <br />based on the target line values.
