V. <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />1. It is understood that prosecutions for violations of <br />ordinance or state statutes, together with disposition of all <br />fines collected pursuant thereto, shall be in accordance with the <br />Ramsey COUNTY Municipal Court Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />488A. <br />2. The Ramsey COUNTY Sheriff's office shall submit to the <br />MUNICIPALITY monthly activity reports detailing the activities of <br />the Sheriff's office within the MUNICIPALITY. Said reports shall <br />contain at least the number of calls answered and the number of <br />tickets issued. <br />3. Any alterations, variations, modifications, or waivers <br />of provisions of this Agreement shall only be valid when they <br />have been reduced to writing, signed by authorized <br />representatives of the COUNTY and the MUNICIPALITY and attached <br />to the original of this Agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of LITTLE CANADA, by resolution <br />duly adopted by its Governing Body, has caused this Agreement to <br />be signed by its Mayor and Clerk Administrator and the seal of <br />the MUNICIPALITY to be affixed hereto on the <br />day of <br />, 19 , and the COUNTY of <br />Ramsey by resolution of its Board of COUNTY Commissioners, has <br />caused these presents to be subscribed by the Chair and <br />—7— <br />PAGE -29 <br />
