Nielsen, Superintendent <br />School District 623 <br />OCT 14- 1912 <br />VILLAGE OE LITTLE 0, <br />DATE: October 4, 1972 <br />RE: Little Canada Recreation Department Use of Hockey Rink <br />located on Demont .Avenue on Kellogg Senior High School Site <br />The School Board of District 623, at the September 28, 1972 Board meeting, <br />authorized the use of the above facility by the Village of Little Canada subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. The School District be listed as also named insured with your liability <br />insurance carrier to the extent required by law for school districts. Evidence <br />of the insurance be filed withthe Business Administrator of the School District. <br />2. The Administrator of Buildings, Grounds, and Transportation Department <br />approve location of warming house, roadways, lighting standards, or any <br />physical changes to rink or grounds. <br />3. The Principal of Kellogg High School to indicate hours school will use <br />the facility. School will have use of facility until 4:00 p.m. each day <br />school is in session. <br />4. The Village personnel shall co- ordinate use of water for flooding with the <br />engineer- supervisor of the Kellogg High School Building. <br />5 The Village of Little Canada shall provide <br />a. All maintenance of rink and ice <br />b. Supervision of facility by adult when warming house <br />is open to public use <br />c. Electric power for rink lights and warming house <br />d.
