COUNCIL CHAMBERS AUTOMATIC MICROPHONE <br />SPEECH REINFORCEMENT MONAURAL SOUND SYSTEM <br />The Automatic Microphone Speech Reinforcement Monaural Sound System <br />features two Shure automatic microphone mixers with sixteen microphone <br />inputs and two auxiliary inputs for an audiocassette and a videocassette <br />recorder /player. A record out put will be installed to provide controls <br />for the adjustment of microphone level to prevent system feedback The <br />proposed thirteen probe microphones automatically turn on or off <br />according to the variance in voice level at each microphone location. <br />Each microphone has 120 degree pick up pattern which helps prevent <br />feedback or system noise. <br />Ten microphones will be mounted on a table stand at the Council Table <br />and one microphone will be mounted on the podium. Four Soundolier <br />Ceiling Speakers are installed and we see no need to replace these <br />existing ceiling speakers. <br />Note: If more than one person uses a microphone, their chairs must be <br />within a 1 1/2 foot center line on each side of the microphone. <br />A thirty watt monaural amplifier will power the system for ample <br />coverage and a graphic equalizer will balance the system. An audio <br />monitor panel will provide audio monitoring of sound levels. <br />All components will be rack mounted in a designated area. <br />Pricing and component information is summarized below: <br />Qty.
