Chlebeck <br />City Clerk <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />Re: Improvement Project 86 -4 <br />Our File No. 5854 <br />Dear Mr. Chlebeck: <br />Telephone <br />(612) 222 -2541 <br />Enclosed please find four copies of a Grant of Permanent <br />Easement relative to the above - entitled matter. <br />Would you please schedule this matter on the agenda for <br />the next Council meeting. We would recommend that the Council <br />approve this Grant of Permanent Easement, and authorize you to <br />issue a check payable to St. John's Church of Little Canada in <br />the amount of $27,400.00 in full payment for the property <br />taken for road and utility purposes. <br />Upon approval by the Council, would you and Mayor Fahey <br />please execute all four copies of the easement, have your <br />signatures notarized, and return the fully executed easement <br />documents and the $27,400.00 check to the undersigned. <br />As soon as I have recorded the Grant of Permanent Easement, <br />I will forward the $27,400.00 check to Attorney James Speckmann. <br />Mr. Speckmann has indicated that as soon as he receives the <br />City's check, he will return to me a check payable to the <br />City in the amount of $5,376.00 in payment of the assessment <br />for this project. At that time, he will also forward to me <br />a Stipulation for Dismissal of the Church's appeal of this <br />assessment to the Ramsey County District Court. <br />If you have any questions regarding the above, please do <br />not hesitate to contact the undersigned. <br />Very trul <br />Carole J.
