CHLEBECK, Clerk <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minn. 55117 <br />484 -2177 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TEXT AMENDMENT <br />MAYOR <br />Michael Fahey <br />COUNCIL <br />Beverly Sca lze <br />Bill Blesener <br />Rick Collova <br />Jim LaValle <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota will hold a public hearing on August 10, 1988 at 7:30 p.m., or <br />as soon as parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City to consider adoption <br />of proposed Ordinance No. 307 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 905.050 OF THE LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING SIDE YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENTS IN R -1, SINGLE <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 <br />Section 905.050.C.2.a. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />905.050.C.2.a. Any parcel of land upon which a single family <br />residence was constructed prior to June 25, 1980 shall maintain a <br />minimum five (5) foot interior side yard setback for the principal <br />building, future attached additions to such building, and from any <br />existing or newly created lot lines. Legally non - conforming <br />accessory buildings constructed on single family parcels prior to <br />June 25, 1980 shall be allowed to be rebuilt at their prior side <br />yard setback distance, provided such setback is at least five (5) <br />feet. Accessory buildings shall in all other cases maintain a <br />minimum interior side yard setback of ten (10) feet. In all cases, <br />side yards abutting a public right -of -way shall maintain a thirty <br />(30) foot setback for all buildings. <br />Section 2 <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Any persons wishing to be heard in reference to this matter will be heard <br />at the public hearing on August 10. fry ,`� / <br />% a> <br />i �t „r',37i',a< -?%'tom+= <br />/ Joseph G.
