MINUTES "\ <br />City Council <br />June 22, 1988 <br />Schroeder The Planner replied that it could not. <br />Property <br />Division Scalze asked if agreement enforceable. <br />The for platting <br />(Cont.) the property at a <br />The City Attorney replied that the agreement would have to be recorded <br />against the property. <br />Fahey noted that if the property is platted, and Parcel 1 is platted <br />as an outlot, the road easement would not have to be dedicated at this <br />time. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88 -6 -249 - APPROVING THE <br />SCHROEDER PROPERTY DIVISION AS REQUESTED <br />WITHOUT THE ROAD EASEMENT BEING DEFINED <br />AT THIS TIME, SUBJECT TO THE PARK COMMISSION'S <br />REVIEW OF APPROPRIATE PARK CHARGES, AND WITH <br />THE STIPULATION THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER ENTER <br />INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY THAT AT THE TIME <br />THERE ARE DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR PARCEL 1, OR <br />PARCEL 1 IS SOLD, THE PROPERTY WILL BE PLATTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (2) Blesener, Collova. <br />Nays (2) Scalze, Fahey. <br />Resolution denied. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 19, Page 254. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88 -6 -250 - APPROVING THE <br />SCHROEDER SUBDIVISION REQUEST SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF <br />THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS MEMO <br />DATED JULY 2, 1987 WHICH REQUIRES THE PLATTING <br />OF THE PROPERTY AS WELL AS OTHER CONDITIONS <br />AND REQUIRING THAT THE BALANCE OF PARCEL 1 BE <br />PLATTED AS AN OUTLOT WITH FUTURE LOCATION OF <br />THE ROAD TO BE DETERMINED WHEN THAT PROPERTY <br />DEVELOPS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Blesener, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 19, Page 255. <br />Page 14 <br />
