Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88 -6 -249 - APPROVING THE SCHROEDER PROPERTY DIVISION AS REQUESTED WITHOUT THE ROAD EASEMENT BEING DEFINED AT THIS TIME, SUBJECT TO THE PARK COMMISSION'S REVIEW OF APPROPRIATE PARK CHARGES, AND WITH THE STIPULATION THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY THAT AT THE TIME THERE ARE DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR PARCEL 1, OR PARCEL 1 IS SOLD, THE PROPERTY WILL BE PLATTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88 -6 -250 - APPROVING THE SCHROEDER SUBDIVISION REQUEST SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS MEMO DATED JULY 2, 1987 WHICH REQUIRES THE PLATTING OF THE PROPERTY AS WELL AS OTHER CONDITIONS AND REQUIRING THAT THE BALANCE OF PARCEL 1 BE PLATTED AS AN OUTLOT WITH FUTURE LOCATION OF THE ROAD TO BE DETERMINED WHEN THAT PROPERTY DEVELOPS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze.
