CONSENT TO REMOVE HAZARDOUS BUILDING The undersigned, being the owners and the lien holders of the property at 3090 North Rice Street, Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and legally described as follows: The West One Hundred Thirty -six and Five - Tenths (W.136.5) feet of the South Seventy -five (S.75) feet, except that part lying Southerly of Line A of that part of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4), Section Six (6), Township Twenty -nine (29), Range Twenty -two (22) lying Southerly of a Northern Pacific Railway right -of -way and Westerly of Soo Line right -of -way and Northerly of Lire A and Line B described hereinafter; Line A: Commencing at Northwest corner of said Section 6, running South on West line of said Section, 492.6 feet; thence deflecting 89 degrees 30 minutes left 117.85 feet to a point which is a median point on Line A; from said median point deflect 17 degrees 30 minutes left from said last bearing to obtain bearing of said Line A; thence along said Line A a distance of 66.52 feet to a point on said line which is the Northeasterly extremity of said Line A; the Southwesterly extremity of said Line A being its intersection with the West line of said Section 6. Line B: Commencing at the Northeasterly extremity of said Line A described above, which is also the Westerly extremity of Line B; thence deflecting right 17 degrees 30 minutes from the Northeasterly bearing of Line A to obtain the bearing of Line B; thence continuing along said Line B to the intersection with the Westerly line of the Soo Line Railway which point of intersection is the Easterly extremity of said Line B. Subject to Rice Street. Together with a 15 foot easement over the West 136.5 feet for ingress and egress the South line of which is adjacent to the Northerly line of above described parcel; And together with a 10 foot permanent sewer easement lying between the Soo Line right -of -way over the West 136.5 feet, the South line being Line B in above described parcel extended Westerly. Subject to rights of public in road, all according to United States Government Survey. hereby consent to the removal of the building on said premises by the City of Little Canada pursuant to Minnesota Statute 463.151. We are aware that the building was substantially destroyed by fire on July 26, 1987, and we are also aware that the Page 93
