CHLEBECK, Clerk <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minn. 55117 <br />484-2177 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS <br />TREE REMOVAL <br />1988 <br />MAYOR <br />Michael Fahey <br />COUNCIL <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Bill Blesener <br />Rick Co!lova <br />Jim LeValte <br />Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Little Canada <br />will hold a public hearing at 7:30 P.M., or as soon as parties may <br />be heard on Wednesday, August 24, 1988 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City Center at 515 East Little Canada Road to pass upon the <br />proposed assessment of the following improvements: <br />parcel no amount <br />05- 29 -22 -31 -0036 $ 205.00 <br />08- 29 -22 -23 -0017 $ 334.00 <br />The proposed assessment roll is on file with the City Clerk. <br />Written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be <br />considered. <br />No. appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment adopted <br />pursuant to Minn. Statutes 1984 Section 429.061 Subdivision 2 <br />unless a written objection signed by the affected property owner <br />is filed with the Municipal Clerk prior to the assessment hearing <br />or presented to the presiding officer at the Hearing. <br />Any owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to <br />Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon the Mayor or <br />Clerk of the City of Little Canada within 30 days after the adoption <br />of the assessment and filing such notice with the district court <br />within ten days after service upon the Mayor or Clerk. <br />Senior citizens or retired and disable persons may request a hardship <br />special assessment deferral in accordance with Sections 435.193 to <br />435.195 as follows: <br />Page 96 <br />
