CHLEBECK, Clerk <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minn. 55117 <br />484-2177 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT 88 -19 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />MAYOR <br />Michael Fahey <br />COUNCIL <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Bill Blesener <br />Rick CoIlova <br />Jim LaValle <br />Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 24, 1988 <br />at 7:30 p.m. or as soon as parties may be heard, in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Center located at 515 East Little Canada Road to <br />consider the making of the following improvement: <br />Improvement 88 -19 <br />Sylvan Street from Demont to Day Street. <br />Day Street from Sylvan to 300 feet West. <br />Nature of Improvement: Storm Sewer <br />The estimated cost is $14,300.00 <br />The general nature and location of the improvement is amplified in <br />the preliminary engineering report on file with the City Clerk. <br />The area proposed to be assessed is all that area lying South of <br />Demont Ave.; North of the alley in Block 3 Bemis Heights and lying <br />between Park Street and Sylvan Street. <br />All pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 492.011 to 429.111 (laws 1953 <br />Chapter 398 as amended). <br />Such persons are desired to be heard with reference to the proposed <br />improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br />Joseph G.
