CHLEBECK, Clerk <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minn. 55117 <br />484-2177 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TAX INCREMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 <br />MAYOR <br />Michael Fahey <br />Notice is hereby given that the Little Canada City Council <br />has called a Public Hearing on August 24, 1988, for the <br />purpose of discussing and obtaining citizen input on the <br />proposed establishment of Tax Increment District No. 2 and <br />adoption of the corresponding tax increment financing plan <br />that details the City's participation in two economic <br />development projects. <br />The proposed project would permit tax increment financing <br />proceeds to be used for the purpose of assisting two <br />separate office warehouse projects. The projects are in the <br />vicinity of Centerville Road and the unfinished DeSoto <br />Street. <br />COUNCIL <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Bill Blesener <br />Rick Collova <br />Jim LaValle <br />Copies of the Municipal Development District Plan #1 and Tax <br />Increment Financing Plan for District #2 are available from <br />the City Clerk at 515 Little Canada Road, the Little Canada <br />City Center, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., <br />Monday thru Friday. <br />The Public Hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. or as soon <br />thereafter as time permits on Wednesday, August 24, 1988, in <br />the City Council Chambers at 515 Little Canada Road. <br />Written and oral statements will be considered. <br />%4 *, <br />Joseph G.
