ORDINANCE NO. 297 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 905.050 OF THE LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING SIDE YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br />IN R -1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA, HEREBY ORDAINS AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 <br />Section 905.050.C.2.a. of the Little Canada Zoning <br />Ordinance is amended to read as follows: <br />905.050.C.2.a. Any parcel of land upon which a single <br />family residence was constructed prior to June 25, 1980 <br />shall maintain a minimum five (5) foot interior side yard <br />setback for the principal building, future attached <br />additions to such building, and from any existing or newly <br />created lot lines. Accessory buildings shall in all cases <br />maintain a minimum interior side yard setback of ten (10) <br />feet. In all cases, side yards abutting a public <br />right -of -way shall maintain a thirty (30) foot setback for <br />all buildings. <br />Section 2 <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from <br />and after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this 27 <br />of April -- f 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />G.
