GARDNER BROTHERS LANDSPLIT (con't) <br />This obviously depends on the soil and would have to be verified <br />by soil bearing tests. However, the developer has recently completed <br />an 80,000 square feet warehouse on the adjacent property which would <br />tend to show that a similar building can be built on the Gardner <br />property. <br />The size and shape of the property-was also questioned in connection <br />with a building 80 feet by 100 feet being considered. <br />There is ample room for such a building without encroaching on existing <br />easements (NSP Highline) or proposed ponding area. <br />Yours truly, <br />MILNER W.
