As you recall, the time for <br />appeal of the Commissioners' Awards on each of these parcels was <br />January 9, 1988. In a telephone conversation with the District <br />Court Administrator's office on January 11, 1988, the clerk <br />informed me that there were no appeals taken. The checks I will <br />need are as follows: <br />On Parcel No. 1, a check in the amount of $6,553.20 payable <br />to Deane D. Paisley, Sheryl A. Linstroth, and Raymond W. Faricy, <br />Jr., Attorney, calculated as follows: <br />Commissioners' Award: $11,450.00 <br />Less Amount Paid at Taking: 5,744.45 <br />$ 5,705.55 <br />Interest at 8% through 1/31/88: + 347.65 <br />$ 6,053.20 <br />Award for Appraisal Fee: + 500.00 <br />$ 6,553.20 <br />On Parcel No. 2, a check in the amount of $6,748.76 payable <br />to Norman R.
