ORDINANCE N0.29 3 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 903 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, <br />KNOWN AS THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING THE STRIPING <br />AND CURBING OF PARKING AREAS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 <br />Section 903.050.0.8.1 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />.903.050.D.8.L. Striping. Except for single family and two family <br />dwellings, all parking stalls shall be marked with <br />white or yellow paint lines not less than four (4) <br />inches wide. <br />Section 2 <br />Section 903.030.0.8.0. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />903.050.D.8.0. Curbing and Landscaping. Except for single family and <br />two - family dwellings, all open off - street parking areas <br />shall have a perimeter continuous curb barrier around <br />the entire parking lot. Said barrier shall not be <br />closer than five (5) feet to any lot line. Grass, plant- <br />ings or surfacing material shall be provided in all <br />areas bordering the parking area. <br />Section 3 <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day of <br />1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joseph G.
