City <br />Zoning Ordinance 903.050 also states that under no <br />circumstances shall parking facilities accessory to <br />residential structures be used for such purposes. The <br />Uniform Fire Code Section 79.501 states that the storage of <br />Class 1 and Class 11 liquids in above - ground tanks outside <br />of buildings is prohibited. <br />Your attention to this matter is of great importance. <br />Please respond in writing your intentions to resolve this <br />matter. I trust you will comply with the City Ordinances <br />and the Uniform Fire Code to abate these problems.
