Quite frankly, <br />if this was ever discussed time has faded my memory and I do not recall this <br />ever being a consideration. <br />For your reference, I am enclosing a copy, of the R -2 zoning provisions which <br />provide an indication of allowable uses within this district and on the site <br />in question. Also, we have been directed by the City Council to prepare a site <br />analysis which goes through this same type of scenario defining development <br />potentials.
