Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
484 -2177
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
MEMORANDUM
TO: Joseph G. Chiebeck
FROM: John Palacio
DATE: April 26, 1988
RE: Ryan Industrial Park
3176 Ryan Lane - Ryan Grading
3178 Ryan Lane - Sanus Systems
3180 Ryan Larie - L &S Auto Repair
Inspection was conducted during the past week of
April 18 -22, 1988. Presently the building is being
occupied by all three businesses,
L &S Auto Repair is seeking a license to operate their
business which would be located in the end portion of the
building. Originally the building was to contain only two
portions (areas). It now has three portions. This may
have some effect on the structural design of the building.
Some other concerns are:
*Zoning and parking requirements;
*Proper maintenance of the building; and
*Storage of materials.
At this time my recommendations for the existing
businesses, Ryan Grading, Sanus Systems, and R &S Auto
Repair are:
*Structural evaluation of the building;
*Remove all hazardous materials;
*Remove all above - around tanks;
*Remove all debris within the property lines;
*Remove all equipment (unoperable);
*General cleanup of the entire area;
*Install portable fire extinguishers as needed
throughout the building;
MAYOR
Michael Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Bill Biesener
Rick Co!lova
Jim LaVaile
