MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 13, 2013 <br />Knudsen recommended tabling the proposed Amendment to the Zoning <br />Code relative to Single- Family Accessory Uses and the Definition of <br />Family pending a report from the City Planner. <br />Motion seconded by Fischer. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />SALE OF The City Planner reported that the City had purchased the property at <br />3046 3046 LaBore Road for the purpose of redevelopment as well as the <br />LABORE City's need to obtain a trail easement over the back portion of this <br />ROAD property. The City has been unsuccessful in assembling adjacent parcels <br />for a redevelopment project, and would like to sell this parcel after it takes <br />the necessary trail easement. The sale would occur through a sealed bid <br />process with a minimum price established. <br />Knudsen asked if the City has a process where it reviews its land holdings <br />and evaluates whether or not these holdings are still vital to its purposes. <br />The City Planner suggested that this type of review may occur as part of <br />the City's goal setting as well as on a more informal basis. <br />Knudsen recommended approval of the City's sale of 3046 Labore Road <br />as proposed. <br />ADJOURN <br />Motion seconded by Murphy. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />Duray recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Baraclough. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:11 p.m. <br />Respectfully submi ted, <br />Kat y GI <br />City Clerk <br />-6- <br />
