3 -13 <br />From: Russell Fischer <br />208 Ryan Drive <br />Little Canada, MN. 55117 <br />To; The City of Little Canada <br />1) In regards to my conditional use permit for storage containers at 208 Ryan Drive, 1 am looking <br />for an extension for the permit which was purchased on March 29`", 2012. At this time, my <br />tenants don't need the containers, but I need the option to put the storage containers In as <br />needed for the tenants to rent for future use. <br />2) I am requesting that my auto mechanic and other tenant contractors have the option to park <br />vehicles overnight with current tabs along the back fenced area and back of building where <br />there is already parking spaces. <br />3) The East end of my building located on Ryan Drive is currently used for storage. Some of my <br />tenants and other Little Canada companies currently rent these spaces. 1 am looking for the <br />option to rent these spaces out to companies based In Little Canada and companies based <br />outside of Little Canada in order to make sure these spaces are rented to help cover the cost of <br />property taxes. <br />Sincerely, <br />Russell 1.
